4 of My Favorite Miami Luxury Buildings

Miami and its’ beaches are no stranger to luxury high rise buildings each boasting better andmore amenities than the next. As a realtor I have had the privilege of any buildings both new and old. I thought it only appropriate to compile a a few of my top picks. When choosing a building its’ important to look at the area that the building is located. Is it in a desirable area? What does the community around this building look like? Let’s face it, whats the point in paying 5 million for a condo that neighbors old rental communities. Moreover, choosing a building with top of the line finishes that are both of quality and craftsmanship are important factors as well.

The Aston Martin tower now under construction at the mouth of the Biscayne Bay on the Miami River is in the epicenter of Miami's every growing Brickell financial center.
